Before you hand over a card
- What happens on day 31?
- Your card is charged for the plan you chose when you started — US$349 for the year or US$39 for the month — and nothing before that. Cancel any time in the first 30 days and it is never charged at all.
- How do I cancel?
- From Account, any time: open Billing, tap Cancel. No email, no phone call, no form. A cancelled monthly stops at the end of the month you've paid for; a cancelled annual runs to the end of the year you've paid for.
- What's the 90-day guarantee?
- If after 90 days you don't feel more on top of your place and your animals, email hello@acreageguardian.com within 90 days of the first charge and we refund it in full. No questions.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Month to month or year to year, and you can stop either whenever you like.
